What makes you different? What sets you apart?
My experience sets me apart from my competitors, with over 20 years of experience creating and telling stories with photography. I also have a Masters Degree in Fine Arts that I bring into my photography practice. Having an instinct for timing and a creative eye that is literate in visual language is another way I stand apart. And most importantly, my personality which is calm and friendly on set.
What is it like to work with you on set?
Working on set with me is always fun and fast paced. I like to stay calm and also direct everyone in the team to work together to get the images our clients need.
How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 7 years and working in the photography industry for over 20 years. I was a staff photographer at the Museum of the Art Institute of Chicago for a decade before branching out on my own.

What kind of equipment do you bring with you?
I work with Canon mirrorless camera bodies and Profoto Flash systems. If there is any equipment that I need for your project, I can always rent it.

Can you send me the RAW files?
No. Post production is as big a part of the photography process as creating the image in camera. All of my images will have post-processing on the finalized files before delivery.
How do you handle Post Production?
I capture images in their RAW format and then I use Adobe Creative Suite to edit, correct color balance, cropping, lighting and other techniques to create the best possible final image for my client.
How do you prepare for my session?
I prepare by having a call or two with my clients to learn more about their project and scope of their project and collaborate on a plan of action with a shot list and mood board. I will send a PDF with some tips on how to prepare for the session before the date of the shoot. I am available for discussions to answer all of my clients questions so they feel ready and prepared for the session.
